Research

To design for our users, we have to understand those users. Research provides the context around how people use products and services. I look to both quantitative and qualitative research to provide a reasonable path toward fulfilling the user’s needs.

Design

My goal is always to design and build products people want to use. This is more than just additional features or a beautiful UI. We need to focus on building things that bring value to people’s lives. That is something people will use and tell their friends about.

Evangelise

Using a design thinking mindset and allowing users to become part of the design process is as important as bringing the variuos cross functional specialists together. Honestly, as a designer and developer, I found having user input made my job easier and made better products.
